📝 Tuition Service Policy

This outlines our procedure for providing in-home tutoring services and the associated fee structure.

Teacher Introduction and Selection (Demo)

Initial Matching: Following discussion with the family, we select and send a qualified tutor to the family’s residence.

Demo Session: The teacher conducts a trial (demo) session.

Teacher Acceptance: After the demo, the family decides whether to accept the teacher for regular tutoring.

Fee Structure and Payment Terms

Payment Due: The full fee for the first month is due immediately upon the family’s confirmation and acceptance of the teacher following the demo session.

Fee Distribution (First Month Only): The first month’s fee is allocated as follows:

• 50% Commission: Kept by the agency as service charges (for sourcing, vetting, matching, and placement).
• 50% Teacher’s Salary: Paid to the teacher for the first month of tuition.
• we do not require clients to pay any registration fees or separate service charges.

Subsequent Months: From the second month onward, the full tuition fee is paid directly to the assigned teacher.

Refund Policy (Crucial Term

The tuition fee for the first month is strictly non-refundable.

Reasoning: Once the family approves the teacher and classes commence, the agency’s placement and service obligations are considered fulfilled. The fee covers the agency’s initial placement costs and the teacher’s salary for the first month.

Cancellation: If the family decides to discontinue the tuition services at any point, the first month’s fee will not be returned
